Easthampton has a bunch of documents under URLs like:

https://www.easthamptonma.gov/ArchiveCenter/ViewFile/Item/5284

We can just iterate all the numbers and archive them and make an easier way to browse them. Some are interesting and don't have obvious links from elsewhere on the city website.

We can create a tool that automatically checks for new uploads and archives/timestamps those.
