I made a quick 'n dirty budget explorer:

https://openeasthampton.com/2027-budget/

I'd like to expand it in the following ways:

• Update it for the final 2027 budget, including city council vetoes
• Integrate more granular data that I obtained from public records requests
  • e.g., I have more granular technology expenses but I haven't folded them back into the explorer yet
• Add prior years and track changes over time
