Apply speaker display-name changes to every segment that uses the transcript-local numeric ID. Keep admin selectors synchronized without replacing unsaved segment forms, and enforce a bounded validated name.

Tests cover store behavior, request validation, HTMX updates, and the complete admin-to-public browser flow.
