Validation: nix build --rebuild .#e2e-tests; dev-scripts/build-all-flake-targets.

Remove unused development Nix package 010ec5211e

The local development workflow builds its dev-tagged binary directly, so the flake no longer exposes duplicate development package outputs. Document the separate normal and E2E YouTube-player build modes.

Validation: dev-scripts/build-all-flake-targets.
