Record a paragraph break on a segment, keep it only within a speaker turn, and render each paragraph on the public and admin pages with a timestamp badge. The editor's paragraph controls now save the break, Shift-click on a paragraph badge removes it, and text and speaker edits preserve it.

Move paragraph text and start derivation onto conversation types ... 6a3fb443f5

Give conversationParagraph a Text method, as conversationTurn had on master, and derive each turn's and paragraph's start from its first segment instead of storing it three times. buildTranscriptView is now a plain field-mapping loop again.
