Previously, inserting a paragraph break inside a transcript segment returned “not implemented.” Administrators can now split a segment at the selected caret position.

The split preserves the speaker, assigns each half an interpolated timestamp range, and starts the second segment as a new paragraph. The editor places the caret at the start of that new segment after the update.

The change also returns errors rather than panicking when a segment ID cannot be split.

Coverage includes domain, in-memory store, HTTP handler, and end-to-end editor tests.

Split a segment at an inserted paragraph break ... a962b9e68e

Split a transcript segment internally when an administrator inserts a paragraph break within its text. The new second segment starts the paragraph, keeps the speaker, takes a timestamp interpolated by text length, and receives focus in the inline editor.

Distinguish interpolated timestamps from original transcript offsets ... 714acbad5c

Paragraph splits previously produced timestamps indistinguishable from
source transcript offsets. Track provenance on each endpoint so clients
can identify estimated boundaries while repeated splits retain the origin
of inherited timestamps.

Time calculations and ordering remain unchanged. Timestamp equality now
includes provenance; clients comparing only offsets can compare durations.
